Delivery Schedule
When you place your order online, we will send you a confirmation email immediately, to let you know we have successfully received your order.
Orders received before 2:00pm Monday-Friday are normally dispatched the same day.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will "back order" for you. You will be e-mailed with an expected delivery time or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Damage In transit:
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect a claim against the carrier.
Shortage:
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods:
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries:
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. All dispatched Items have proof of postage. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
